Horrible customer Service! I came the other day with my family to renew my passport and everything was going fine till a different lady for a different room then the lady taking care of us slammed the door open rudely "YOUR 35 MINUTES LATE, YOU CAN'T DO IT ANYMORE, YOU HAVE TO MAKE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT BECAUSE I'M GOING ON MY BREAK AND SHE GETTING OFF of WORK!!!”(the lady helping us)I was in shock that she yelled at us like we were her dog that broke something. In front of people too! I understand that we were late but she could handle the situation better instead of making a whole scene, totally unprofessional!!! I can’t help but feel it was racially motivated that she yelled at us Mexicans. (she was white)

When I first arrived there was only one person at the counter and they were taking care of passports which take very long. There are also days when we don't receive mail or we get a mailbox full of someone else's mail. One of the worst post offices in Staten Island.
