Primitive campsite on an 8 mile hiking trail. Non potable water available.

Can you put a kayak/canoe in the water here?

I was here in February 2019, the camp is close to the water, but I couldn't really get to the river through the vegetation just with myself, I don't think you could launch a boat from here easily. Nor would you want to carry it that far back there probably. It'd be a good idea to call the park and ask about another site, maybe Big Buck would be better.

When we visited a couple of months ago the river still had downed trees from Irma. So this are was not accessible by river. If it's been cleared then it most definitely is accessible by canoe.
