10 years ago we had Bathfitters come in and take out a bathtub and replace with a shower...have been very pleased with the results. Called Bathfitters at 8am on a Monday morning because we began experiencing water leakage from the shower drain into our basement. Technician named Brad was here that same morning by 10am and replaced a gasket and was finished fixing the issue in a half an hour. All done for free because they have a lifetime warrantee on their work. I can honestly say that this is the BEST service I have ever received from any company I have ever done business with! Simply outstanding!

Joe arrived on time and was professional. He was honest and suggested a return visit with the right size rather than try to make something fit that wouldn't. I appreciated his honesty and ability to get me on the schedule in a couple of weeks after waiting 9 months for the installation. He brought Ben with him who was great as well. They did the work quietly and efficiently. Great job guys.

Bath Fitters was an overall very pleasant experience, and Gary B. did a fantastic job on the install! Even my neighbor, whose favorite pastime is critiquing the work after contracting jobs, couldn't find fault with his workmanship. It's a huge difference from the "before" shower, and I couldn't be happier with the "after."

We were treated really well by a team of four people- Danielle who helped us define what products and services we wanted, Tara who helped us finalize all of the details and price, Gary who installed our new acrylic bath tub and walls and also Brad who performed all of the plumbing with no complaints even though he had no easy access to the existing plumbing! We couldn’t be happier with the service we received as the brand new bathroom!
