I recommended a friend to cricket and the sale rep said if I log into my cricket app and send them a referral after they sign up that I would receive $25 and my friend would receive $25. After doing all that they said sorry cant give you the credit because your friend switched from AT&T. I tried doing it again for another friend and same thing happened. I called the cricket sales rep and told him what happened and all he had to say was "Sorry, I did not know" and he laughed. So I recommended 2 people and never got a credit. Also when it comes to asking questions about the service or phones you have to speak slow for these guys because it takes them a while process a quastion or even know a awnser to.

The staff in thus place is really nice. They tried helping me and gave me more than 1 option. They didn't try to upsell too much. I had to use the restroom and being 40weeks pregnant they let me use their bathroom.
