Great elder certified lawyers in Chittenden county and a wonderful, welcoming staff. They give free seminars on educating and preparing your Wills and trusts, etc and explaining law terminology. They also are part of a great professional group of folks, VERG, the VT Elder Resource Group, where they can access any kind of help needed dealing with seniors. A great group of folks!

My mom past last week and I just found out I have to go thru probate. She had no material items and just a bank account . Can I do this on my own?

Don - Sorry for your loss. You can handle the probate yourself. To do this please call the probate court in the county that your mom lived and they will instruct you further. If you find the process too cumbersome, you can give us a call for assistance. Thank you for asking the question.
