The Doctor is excellent! The office staff are not. They treat you like they are doing you a favor. My dog needs allergy medication daily and I needed a refill. They told me he needed bloodwork done. I told them that was fine and I needed an appointment. Their first available appointment was in 2 weeks. I asked if in the mean time while waiting for his appointment they could give him a few pills since with this weather his allergies are bad. They refused to give him a few pills. If this was a life threatening illness my dog would be dead. Very disappointing!

They are always so helpful. They got us in first thing this morning and gave us plenty of time to say goodbye to our 11yr old husky. I will always stay with them for our pet needs!

I've been taking my dogs here for years and so appreciate the staff's professionalism and genuine care for my pets. My questions are always thoroughly answered and when a referral to a neurologist was necessary, they came through.

Almost exactly one year ago I had to put down my childhood baby Blacky. It was very last minute and most places would not take me in due ti covid procedures but the people here were amazing and understanding and let me be in the room with him. My mother had abandoned me halfway through and left me to pay the bill myself even thought I was 17 , and crying and in pain, and even through all the drama she caused the people here were very understanding and compassionate and made sure me and my baby were comfortable til the very last minute. I've never been more admiring and grateful to anyone as much as I am to the people who work here. I would never reccomend anyone else, and all of my animals will be coming here. They were quick, they cared, and they gave the best service I've ever recieved even with everything that was going on. Thank you so much for taking care of me and Blacky, and I will never forget it. I'm grateful until the end of time 🖤 and I know Blacky is too.
