So this is a nice store and all, but one of the managers (I believe) is super rude to her staff, like I can hear it from 3 isles away, and that really made my shipping experience worse.

The worse customer service. Act like they didn't want to help. Finally when I get help it was the balloon woman calling across the store to walk to her to get customer service. Another young lady act like she didn't want to help telling me she didn't need the order number but the name. My order was staring her right in the face. Poor cashier at the cash register didn't want to turn around to grab my order in between cashing out other customers. The manager had the nerve to say it was a mess. It wasn't that many customers in the store. It wasn't even that many orders on my the order shelving. A place to only window shop and observe the madness of non workers.

Party City offers a wide variety of parties supplies to catered to your party event. Staff at this location wasn’t attentive or helpful at all.
