It’s not great. The staff overall is friendly, a few could use a little customer service training. Unfortunately, my birthday photo shoot was near ruined as the balloons were the accent. Between popping at will and absolutely deflating, it just wasn’t a great experience. I’m a Party Time shopper, but I gave Party City a chance. I won’t use them for balloons again.
