Worse neighborhood and base I’ve ever lived.

Please avoid the legacy housing like the plague. It's not worth the money you pay to live here. There is asbestos in the walls but they'll tell you it isn't a problem unless it's "disturbed". On July 20th a neighbor backed their car through the front of our home contaminating everything we owned with asbestos. Housing has treated the situation with a "not my problem" attitude since day 1 and it's now coming up on 5 months. They move people into these homes knowing there's an issue with asbestos, waiting for an accident to happen and when it does they have no idea what to do about it. By FAR the worst base we've ever lived on. Please avoid living here if possible.
