No your son can not attend school on post if you live off post. Yes it takes all his bah which includes rent electric water and trash.. you can see a house if its available already there are pics on Facebook. House goes by rank

You can view the home before signing the lease. They will take all of the BAH unless you are in a legacy home which are older homes. Because of that they will take like around $300 off. If you live off post I'm not sure if they can go to school on post but they will be able to go to the daycares on post.
