I just recently starting living at York Woods a couple months ago and it has been awesome! I’ve only had one maintenance request since living here, and it was fixed and a note left all while I was at work, super helpful! The overall process of getting my lease signed, etc. was also really smooth, plus I called like 50 times and they always answered all my questions. It’s also really quiet here, overall just feels very safe and pleasant. Thanks!

We needed to find a place in a limited amount of time. York Woods fit the bill and the apartment is clean, current in styling and fairly roomy for an apartment. We like it here.

Sidney Pitsos is Amazing.. She was helpful and she cares about the tenants.. The staff is welcoming and they all have great spirits.

Great experience all around! Have lived here a few months and really enjoying it so far. The location and amenities are wonderful. The gym does have some broken equipment but they are in the process of fixing it.
