I have never been more disappointed in a business. I went in to set up an appointment. I was very rudely told that they were closed for a staff meeting from 12-3. I told the gentleman that I was trying to make an appointment and had been calling all day. He again very rudely said I'll give you a call later. He did not ask my name or contact information to "give me a call later". Like many things, when establishing a relationship with a doctor, first impressions are everything!

My mother was prescribed blood pressure meds that had Rogaine in it, and something else with water pills. Their blatant neglect worsen my mother's condition. You can not get it wrong, and be unavailable when further advise is sought. Voicemail is constantly filled, no return phone calls, no follow up. Shame on this medical establishment for taking advantage of the elderly population. I am repulsed...

I'm surprised to read negative comments...everyone knows you wait (sometimes) at the doctor's office... Dr. Betts is very good and Tracy at the front desk is very friendly... I have had them go above and beyond to help me on several occasions.

I have experienced AWFUL service at this doctors office. I'm a new patient this year. My first and second visit went good. When I went in for my third visit I was told I was squeezed in after lunch and she only had time to discuss one issue I was having. She, Dr. Michelle Rojas, advised me to wait until my next appointment to discuss my "other issue". I thought that was very unprofessional! If you're my doctor and I'm sitting here in your face , why not discuss what's going on with me. This visit was after my 3 trips to the ER btw. Lets fast forward to said next appointment, yes I went back, but only for some results. My appointment was scheduled for 2 pm. I arrived at 2, paid my co-pay and was advised to wait in my car. I did just that. I wasn't called until 2:33 pm to come inside. I went in and got my vitals checked, and then was placed in a room. I was advised there was one person before me, but Dr. Rojas would be in shortly. I waited, waited, and waited until the clock struck 3:18 pm. I walked out and spoke to her nurse who advised that she was still in with another patient. I asked about how much longer she would be because I had to return to work. She advised she didn't know, but would have her call me for a virtual appointment if I left. I left because I had been waiting for 1 hour and 18 minutes. I told her nurse that this was unacceptable. She apologized for everything and stated I would get a call that afternoon. I never got that call. I was referred here by family members that said she was a good thorough doctor. I'm not sure what has happened, but this level of unprofessionalism is absolutely unacceptable.
