they honestly have no idea what they’re doing. I’ve been getting charged for my office visits when I’m not supposed to. Don’t go here. They owe me over $1,000. Doctors are nice but the office staff is horrible. They said I need to talk to my insurance, and I did. Insurance told me I’m not supposed to pay. When I told the office ladies this, they refused. This is disgusting. Do better.

Dr. Martin is 5 stars. I have been seeing him almost 5 years. You can count on him to help. Some of The other staff not so much. A lot Lately you can’t get through to talk to anyone in the morning any more. It’s beyond me why it takes more than five days to have a prescription sent to be confirmed by Caremark. I do not know where the disconnect is. Had this same issue Since Dec 2020. My husbands nurse gets it done in less then 25 hrs. No issues. Also be aware if you are running late, you will more than likely turn you away. It does not matter to them if you’ve taken off half a day off work for the appointment. That you’ve had medical issues for two solid months that they are aware of. Of course Dr. Martin didn’t do this to me it was one of the female PAs. I was running Late due to a vehicle issue after work. I had called them before arrival to let them know I was on my way. There was no patients in the lobby when I walked in. They said please have a seat so I can see if the PA can still see you since you’re late by 10 minutes. I was there because I’ve had issues for months, in urgent care twice and have been overdue for a physical due to the pandemic and to have blood work and a cancer marker test done. You would think that the PA would have a heart. No. Not at all. If you don’t have a heart then please don’t go into a field where patients need and depend on you. Thank you. Also please warn your patients before they take time off from work and spend time to go to your office that if you’re late that you will probably refuse service.

Very professional staff. In and out in a timely manner. Anytime I need medical assistance outside of my scheduled appointment. It's usually taken care of by a single phone call the same day I call.
