Easy access since I live on west side of Asheville. Better than going to Central Mission Campus. No problem with actual mammogram. However Reception did not have enough support and lone receptionist was nearly in tears struggling to answer phones and help women check in! Took way too long standing in line with a lame knee. Front line workers need more support!!

No, your family doctor can send you there for routine mammograms, ultrasounds, any preventative diagnostics they provide. They even do biopsies if ever needed.
Mission Schedules these for different locations. I use Hope Breast Center at Ridgefield CT, in Candler near Asheville Outlets. You can check them out online, maybe get your family doctor to refer you to one so that they will call you. Then you can choose which one is best or closest to you. I just found out that if you have had a COVID booster within 6 weeks it can effect the lymph nodes closest to that arm you received it in. That includes a pnuemonia vaccine...I had one recently and am concerned they may call me back in for another one...didn't know pnuemonia vax would effect it too. Hope that helps!
