Unprofessional, never answer the phone, never answer your questions, and never follow up. My Ex came in to lower my rate after Covid when I had to stay home with my younger children and they tried to talk him out of it right in front of me. The elder woman treats joint custody Mothers who pay like they aren't even human. They need to get the Boomers out of there and get people capable of basic human decency & empathy on staff. A TERRIBLE experience.
