I'm pretty sure the 5G slower than 4G on Verizon. I'm always waiting for something to load. I don't even really think I'm on 5G. They just have a symbol that pops up

Customer service is all they have. Great for anyone looking to be oversold on something that is 100% not worth the money. Barely holds any stock in store. Don't let them put a screen protector on for you. Haven't had a good experience here and I've been multiple times.

My experience today is too long to write on this review so I will write this: Verizon is too big now. All the smaller carriers must use Verizon’s towers, so changing providers just downgrades an already bad situation. Verizon could care less about long term customers, or Veterans for that matter (do not give lip service to military people, retirees or veterans and then be snarky, belittling, rude and condescending) in the same breath. Verizon is awful, just awful, and yet they are so big now most of us are stuck with this level of customer care and customer service from them. They no longer care about their customers. If this is the level of professionalism at a Corporate Store, then I will go start to shop Verizon Franchise stores again. The bottom line…they just do not HAVE to care about any customer service, they can charge any and all the crazy fees (“upgrade fee”) they want, they can make a mistake based on a young salesman misunderstanding and charge a “restocking fee”, they can ignore my request to know whether there is a better deal is online or in the store (or... in a Franchise store) and sell me a full price phone they have in stock. But worst of all, they can be snarky, arrogant, unhelpful, and condescending while they do it all. They get away with it all now, and we have no recourse because they own the towers. There is no regional manager any more, just an EMAIL on a sticky note and sarcasm. It is a sad “behemoth, monopoly” situation. As everyone else says…. if I could give them NO STARS, I would have. And, maybe, skip the Corporate Store on Tunnel Rd until they get a better manager than "Alex" and head to a Verizon franchise somewhere else for now.

Actually, it is a retail store. Not corporate offices as far as I observed.
Limited number of occupancy, masks required, hand sanitizer available and plastic shields at each desk.
You may want to call our customer service department for more information and to confirm your enrollment. If your enrollement was successful, it should process automatically on the date selected during the enrollment process.
Ok, so I typed this while I was on hold with Verizon. When they answered, they suggested that I turn phone off then back on. That worked!!
