Didn't like the store they had rocker, recliners, but it would be 5 weeks before you got the chair.
Last i knew it is illegal to sell used mattresses in NE. As far as the plastic bag covering, new beds are stored in a warehouse with thousands of others. I was quite pleased with the matteress that i purchased from them.
I'd advise you to call and ask. I bought a mattress so they did take my old one but I don't know about other furniture.
