Got an MRI on Saturday. The two women working there were wonderful. They were friendly and attentive and put me at ease. The machine makes a lot of interesting noise but it wasn't disturbing.

I had an MRI performed this morning at Mission Imaging. From scheduling and the phone call check-in process to the MRI itself, it was a perfect experience. Gigi at the reception desk was cheerful and friendly (especially for so early in the morning!), greeted me as soon as I walked in and even made a personal connection asking what my preferred name was. She kept me informed along the way and introduced me to Jeannie who then took me back for the MRI. Jeannie was reassuring and kind. This was not my first MRI, but she still explained everything along the way and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. They let me know my doctor would have the results by later in the day, and check-out was a breeze. Thank you to these ladies and the entire Mission Imaging team for making this a quick and painless experience!

Had a Spinal lumbar MRI today and everything went perfectly from check in to check out. Joy is the best and so welcoming. She really makes you feel important and not just yet another patient. Lisa was the MRI tech and again a flawless procedure. Lisa was wonderful. The paramedic who helped me before the MRI was great as well. I forget his name please forgive me. All in all it was a very good experience. I see some of the reviews that are not so good and I disagree with them completely. I was a medical tech for years and I know when it's a good or bad experience. I had a wonderful experience! Absolutely flawless experience. Too add I had no problems with the billing and was treated respectfully. No mention of payment and not to worry about it! I am a self pay patient and they lowered the cost to make it affordable. No payment was expected at time of visit. Beth Locascio
