Wonderful place! My husband and I were apprehensive about having his mother live in an independent living facility. She can do everything herself except drive. Out of the several facilities we checked out, from Waynesville to Columbus, Bella Vista was it! She is very happy there. And we are all tickled pink! Tiffany, Jonathan and Jennifer.. Bless you! Such sweethearts, and they really care of the residents! In between all the running around they do!

It's a very nice place and you can live there month to month. However, don't bother to ask for special dietary needs. They will tell you yes and then fail to provide it, repeatedly. They claim it's too expensive to open a can of beans for a long-term vegetarian. 2022 Updating because the nasty employees are long gone. Food issues are still there. If you're on the standard American diet you should be OK on most days. I don't live there but visit frequently.

Cary Cole and his team at Bella Vista are the best. They truly care about the residents and go out of their way to accommodate and make each resident feel special. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a great independent living facility. Food is excellent; my mom loves her apartment with views of the mountains.

Jennifer, many of residents choose to do hire outside assistance for their care needs to maintain their independence and rely on us for weekly housekeeping, transportation, meals, activities and the security of our live-in management team. Thanks for asking,
Yes as I have seen many residents with them but I do not know the deposit amount so for that you will need to contact the office.
Yes it depends on the size and their income I believe my grandmother is in perfect health she pays around 5-6500 a month including cost of living for a 1 bed 1 bath
Visiting pets are permitted, although you probably should contact management if they're going to be around for more than just in and out. For small pets to live there, there's a pet fee.
