Can not do this anywhere else. Oldest and only trolley still in operation. Felt a huge sense of nostalgia riding through all the beautiful fall colors. Rocky and his crew transported our group back to simpler times with his account of how things use to be. Fun and relaxing. Give yourself and the whole family a chance to slow down and appreciate the little things by taking a hay ride, or riding the Christmas train this season. Highly recommend. Not what we expected, however it was just what we needed.

Fun, kid-friendly little stretch of historic track with a fun picnic setup (you can eat inside one of the old train cars), super friendly and helpful proprietors, and great value for the price. We enjoyed a ride to a park on the French Broad and back, mini pumpkins and apples for the kids, cider and lemonade all included in our trolley price. Would def visit again. Portapotty on-site, standard bathrooms at the park we rode to.

Fun for children who live trains or for multigenerational outing. We had a long stop at a local park near the river. It had a play area and a covered picnic area. Restrooms are port-a-potties, so plan accordingly.

I believe we paid $15 per adult to ride and I think kids 3 and younger are free for the "public" trolley ride.
$12.00 a person
I think they are but it's by appointment only. I'd give them a call. It's so much fun! They were great and my kiddo loved it!
No, unless it's a special event
In the past it has been between $10 - $15 per person. It is well worth it.
It's a good place to go hang out at craggy Mountain line plus Rocky and I are good friends and you know I just hope I can see progress going on and hopefully in the future they've got the switcher pulling the Caboose train up the line and back down so hopefully that happens but it is a good place to go enjoy some time off and see the railroad history of Asheville but still I love that place
