I've been in my home for 13 years! The horrible girl in the Alb. Office has screwed us so horrendously. We've had to now call the Roswell office and deal with them. On Wednesday, 1/19/22 we called the Roswell office to get propane delivered. It was to be delivered on 1/20 or 1/21 with only 5% of propane. NO PROPANE WAS DELIVERED. We've had to use a friend's shower; we have no propane.

Got same day service. The staff is very friendly and professional. They called twice to let me know they were on their way. DJ, the tech, is super awesome! He knows everything and is coming out today to fix a broken tank.

Jonathan was incredibly helpful and I got my travel trailer propane tanks filled at such a great price. Such helpful and customer-friendly staff. I had already called twice and was running a bit late, to the point where I arrived five minutes before closing, and he still filled my tanks graciously. Highly recommend the staff at A-X Propane. I will be returning, especially since it's only five minutes away from where we store our trailer.

Horrible business twice now ordered full tank, never brought it. Each time calling well in advance paid still didn’t bring the propane. Now I am out because their incompetent and lazy. It appears they can take your money but don’t deliver service and fraudulent. Their slogan should be we’re criminals let us rip you off.
