Horrible company. I paid for a substitute teaching course. I could not get the sessions to launch. I emailed support. What a joke! All I received was a generic email that didn’t answer my question. It took me 2 WEEKS to figure out the problem. Someone on a FACEBOOK group had to help me. Now, whenever I complete a session, it shows my certificate but then starts the session completely over! I’ve emailed again and tried to leave a message on an 800 number. Nothing! So now I’m out about $180 for a course that I cannot complete. This company doesn’t care at all about paying customers. I should have finished these classes over a month ago. If it’s cannot take the class I paid for I want all of my money back and have no way to get it. Complete garbage of a company. My next step is to report them and also file a complaint with the BBB. I can’t believe this company works with school districts. No wonder there is a substitute teacher shortage. No one can finish the classes. Stop taking peoples money if you aren’t going to provide support.

They do not post a phone number to call for assistance. Little to no customer support.

Spent significant amount of money on their product and one year later no product. The person before who wrote that company has no phone number or person to contact is correct. I cannot get one person to discuss my situation and trying to contact someone at their great new headquarters is impossible. Instead of asking visitors to write great post, just perform and people will write. Extremely disappointing.

Good Question, why can't I speak with someone?????????? WHY!!!!!!!!!!

You have probably the worst customer service I have ever encountered. You request an email be sent and no reply. There is no number to co tact you unless said caller has a PIN number. What the heck is this all about
