Great Balloons, great price and choices!

ordered two bunches of balloons for a special party online- selected 12-1pm delivery. Got confirmation of the order and confirmation before noon that it was ready for delivery. I realize we're in the midst of a pandemic but when you receive confirmation of an order and the timeframe you expect them to deliver. At 215 I called the store and they said it's ready but the driver hasn't arrived yet and they did not indicate when he would. I asked if they could get here before the party and if not to cancel. Well they didn't arrive.. and so no balloons for a milestone party. So disappointing.. no apology.. no follow-up .. nothing. Expecting a refund we'll see how that goes.
