I am very disappointed with the service that my cat and I experienced after the visit on 9-30-2022. I took Jackson in to see Dr. Hyduke because he was losing weight. After over $400 for blood work and shots, I waited for six days before calling to get his results. I was left on hold for over 10 minutes for the first two phone calls and got disconnected on both. I finally called back later that day and Dr. Hyduke got on the phone and quickly told me that my cat was in Renal failure but would need to call me back to discuss treatment, which he never did. It is completely unacceptable and I went ahead and scheduled an appointment with VRC for a second opinion. I will never take my cats to Malvern Veterinary Hospital ever again. I still haven’t heard back from Dr. Hyduke.

I'm sorry, but I believe this forum is for questions *about* the vet and not questions *for* the vet. I recommend calling them directly to see if they can help with hamsters. If they can't, then maybe they know a veterinarian who does.
I know they take insurance but don't know which ones... sorry
