Barbara and Bob are incredible to work with. They understand the dynamics of text marketing and always share their insights and recommend solutions. I am so grateful they are part of our team. I highly recommend them.

I had been thinking of adding a loyalty/rewards program to my boutique for quite a while but was never convinced of the best way. I wanted to thoroughly research all of the options which can get overwhelming. When I first heard about Mobile High 5 I was skeptical as usual, but after speaking at length with Barbara I decided to take a chance with SMS and Mobile High 5. Both Barbara and Bob were so professional and made the initial set up such a breeze! And the best part is that they were able to integrate the program directly with my Shopify both online AND in-store and I had not found any other program to do that! Lastly, they are extremely prompt with answering any questions or concerns so customer service is top notch. I highly recommend Mobile High 5 to anyone looking to grow their business with a text marketing loyalty program!

Joe's KC BBQ has had a top notch experience with Mobile High 5 since we started using their service for our carryout and online orders. They answered all of our questions along the way and are always responsive to any of our questions and needs. The restaurant industry is fast and furious and they have been able to stay one step ahead during our rollouts. We are excited to be a partner with them.

What is SMS Texting?

SMS is the acronym for Short Message Service. It is one of the most widely used forms of mobile communications. It was invented in the 1980’s and is one of the oldest forms of text message technologies. SMS is the most popular application for mobile users because SMS texts are short and sweet. Today, you want to use a robust platform that allows you to send links to mobile coupons, loyalty rewards, forms for curbside pickup or waitlist, special offers, your ordering page or your e-commerce site. One major time-saving feature is to use a full-service text agency which streamlines the ongoing campaign management and handles the regulatory requirements for you.

Can Business Owners use Text Messaging for their business to reach their customers directly?

Yes, Business Texting is one of the best ways to build a subscriber database, so you can reach your customers directly. There are regulations related to text messaging customers, so be informed about compliance and all the rules prior to implementing a program. There is a saying "Never Build a House on Someone Else's Land" and that rings true for business owners today, who may have followers on social platforms, but they do not control how to reach those followers. If you build a program in a compliant manner using a compliant opt-in process, then you can periodically reach those customers who have provided permission. Is Text Marketing intrusive?

When texting for business is done right, only customers who opt-in (provide permission) receive messages. Therefore, if a customer has provided permission and signed up for messages, and the provider follows industry best practices (regarding hours when messages are sent, message frequency, etc) then most customers would not find the messages intrusive if they signed up for special offers, rewards or information from the business. If a provider, or business owner sends too many messages or sends messages too early or too late, then customers may want to opt-out instantly by simply replying STOP to the message.
