Again, a wonderful experience with my aging Bichon getting annual shots. Facility is spacious, clean and full of caring staff, from check-in to veterinarians and everyone in between. They will work with you to make having a pet affordable. Easy to locate, just off Lancaster Ave with ample private parking lot. I would rate them 6 out of a 5-stars. The people there definitely care. It is the spca. They are working above and beyond capacity. As for the phone, ive had that problem myself. They take calls for 6 locations i think. They will call you if need be, otherwise, go in person. Their prices def exceed their service so keep that in mind. I suppose if they charged triple which is what you would pay elsewhere. Phone service would be better
