I am so happy we decided to get my engagement ring at Hannoush Jewelers! We worked with Nadine and she was so easy to work with and was always quick to respond to my emails! I went in knowing I was leaning towards a particular Gabriel & Co. ring but she was willing to show us many other options just to make sure that was the one and she was very patient and had great suggestions and ideas as well! I cannot say enough nice things about my experience at Hannoush Jewelers! I visited the Emerald Square Mall location in Massachusetts and it was wonderful! My boyfriend and I had such a terrible experience at Zales and our sales rep at Hannoush made us forget all about it. Mirna was amazing! She walked us through the selection, found something within our budget and made sure I was happy! She was the best jewelry sales person I have ever encountered! I will only shop at Hannoush now, no more big box stores. Plus, they have a jeweler on site on Wednesdays and Saturdays so they can resize your ring/ repair jewelry on the spot; they even did mine same day! I encourage everyone to check this place out!

I like to share my experience because I think this is important to let people know how businesses is treating their costumer. I been in this place already few times they hafe best costumer service. They are excellent what they doing. I asked them to resize my moms ring twice and they did with no charge. Nadine was super nice and extremely friendly.
