Went for Saturday lunch, a lot of people but we only waited for 15 min. The two of us had 11 plates of Dim Sum, pretty good value! Highly recommend steamed ribs (排骨)and Shumai (烧麦). But better go elsewhere for mango pudding and other pastry.

A few of us came here for dim sum on the weekend. Expect to wait during prime time during lunch. The place is big even though they have a decent sized waiting area. Most of us found the food to be disappointing. I was more so as I didn’t feel too good after having the steamed bean curd dish that seemed a bit off in taste. I have been spoiled having top notch dim sum from Vancouver Canada that this place didn’t make the cut to be rated average. Avoid the deep fried sesame seed ball and the other deep fried oval shaped dumpling. It was too hard to bite through. I was scared I was going to break my teeth. They would load the carts up with trays of the same food which were probably pre-made. I doubt I’ll be back. They’re located in a shopping plaza near Dollar store.

I was fully skeptical because as much as I love Dim Sun, I’ve been pretty spoiled by amazing Dimsum growing up in Toronto and decent Dimsum in New York. While nothing was ground breakingly amazing, the sizes of portions were ginormous where I normally need 2.5-3 dishes per person, I only needed 2 per person here. It’s old school cart service and when you visit on a Saturday morning people will be lined up outside to find seating but when the doors open there is a enough room for everyone. The quality was pretty good. I wasn’t crazy about the beef rice noodle roll but the dim sum staples of ha gow & siu mai were on point. Husband liked the pork buns quite a bit too.

First experience with Dim Sum and it was awesome. The food was very good, loved the service with the carts and pick what you want to try. I would eat here again!

Sure
9:30 start and as stated above I have seen the carts until at least 1:30. I only go on Sunday when they open. By 10:30 you are looking at an hour wait time. Show up early or plan for a wait. Either way it's worth it. Best and most diverse cart style dim sum in Portland.
Yes! I was there for dim sum 2/27/21!
The food was incredible .but they are kind of racists towards the white.
Because the parking lot is for customers and the restaurant has more customers than the other businesses that share the parking lot
Carts operate 7 days a week. Go until around 2
No. People are going to perceive what they are going to perceive. The style of service is different maybe even to the poont of feeling indifferent. The point is its not like Applebees' service for example. Its not discrimination. Its just a cultural difference. Dont expect to chit chat with the staff.
Nope
