This is Stanfords Pain Management Center. Very poor care. Drs here are afraid of the State. I moved from Florida to California in 2020 and I had been on morphine and Roxy ozone for 12 years without incidents. I have lupus, fibromyalgia, and a compressed spinal fracture. They lie, they screw up scripts and then accuse you of lying. I had to take pics of bottle and attach to message. I spoke with Dr Goel and his boss Dr Flood, she is a real piece of work. When speaking to them, I at one end of 8ft table, them at the other. Due to the frustration from the lack of empathy and the constant lying, I shook my finger. The supposed strong man Dr Goel went to get security and said I threatened him with my finger😂. Recently I learned they are supposed to give you a discharge letter listing exactly why I was discharged as well as 3 VIABLE referrals. I got neither. So I recently called and requested these documents and they were bogus and NOT given to me at discharge. BAD BAD CARE FIR CHRONIC PAIN. STAY AWAY!!!

I would not recommend using this office. I was denied for my appointment because I didn't have a SECOND covid negative test. I tested negative 3 days ago and they cancelled after me driving a hundred miles.

My mother has been going to Stanford Pain mgmt for 3+ yrs. they have not been able to reduce her pain, they have done procedures on her that made her pain much worse, the Oxycodone given for 3+ yrs no longer effective, they have tried Butrans patch. Ketomine ointment helped a bit. Very difficult to work with the Dr. here, they are NOT patient oriented, and are far too arrogant and research oriented.

Stanford oncology and gastrointestinal clinics, from our experience, gold standard, pain clinic, fools gold. My experience: treatments were a failure (nerve blocks, etc.), my condition now is much worse; communication via “my health” terrible—weeks to a month with no response, when following up on a no response the response is an apology, but no action; suffering horrible pain but scheduling is months out; confusion regarding provided medical information; uncaring sterile atmosphere; pain clinic not worthy being a part of of Stanford’s great reputation.

Go to pain management in Redwood City. All the staff are awesome
Not sure for consultation fees. But they have a program for low income peoples. Apply for that, you may qualify for free treatment.
I am not sure that they provide on webcast. We live almost three hours away too.
