I came here to buy a cross pendant, was helped by a super helpful employee who showed me the pendant before boxing it away. I haven’t opened the box after my purchase but before leaving the mall I decided to check out my new jewelry, just to notice that the cross wasn’t in there. It disappeared right after. Sami Karaz came to the rescue and blessed me with a similar pendant, with no extra cost. I truly appreciate and feel so grateful for the empathy he showed and customer service he provided me with. Picked up this very nice 10k 8mm bracelet very nice Scott was helpful I was debating either the 14k or the 10k but the 14k gold bracelet had a couple flaws but he did not push it on me and was respectful and patience with my Decision second time coming back and definitely will come back again good place and good prices they will work with you 👌

I stop in whenever I am at the mall and they clean my rings for me. My husband just surprised me at Christmas with a new wedding band from here and it is stunning.
