First time I went this place was great- was greeted right away and told all the details about the store, even met the owner. Enjoyed browsing the merchandise and left with a few unique items that were good deals. Unfortunately when I took a friend in this past Friday 10/21 it was the complete opposite- the store still had great merchandise, displayed beautifully- but the customer service was horrible. The two women behind the counter did not greet us, never offered to help. They were too busy deciding if an item should be $14 or $13 because it was cracked. It wasn’t just us either they totally ignored the other 4-5 customers who came in. I was embarrassed as I had told me friend who happens to be a Main Line blogger how great the store was. Needless to say we both left empty handed and the possibility of her mentioning the store on her blog was no longer even considered. From speaking with the owner, I hope you see this review- you have a great shop and you should be proud of it, however the two women working are definitely not a good fit. Please consider letting them go or making sure someone you can really trust is there overseeing them.

This store was made for me. I look at the dishes in every thrift or consignment shop I go to. I see them as a piece of art. My latest find was a set of 7 soup spoons that I didn't have for my silver plate service from my grandmother. The pattern dates back to the early 1900s. The price was astoundingly good.

I have to start by saying that the greeting we received when we first came in the door was friendly, informative, and engaging. It’s everything I expect from all retail businesses but rarely receive anymore. Thank you for that. You should teach classes to other shopkeepers on how to do this. Then there’s the store and all of the beautiful dishes and trinkets. So many dishes!! The store is clean, well organized, and prices are labeled on each piece. The prices are very affordable for anyone to leave with something special. Overall this place is a delight to all of your senses. My daughter and I will definitely be here often. Thank you for being professional and treating everyone as a potential buyer of your beautiful goods.

The new place is amazing! The team there has done a great job with relocation. It's like shopping in a museum. The prices are quite reasonable for the treasures you will discover. Take a little trip and see the vintage assortment. You won't be disappointed!
