I almost feel nostalgic as I write this review since we have spent 10 years at Westgate village apartments, Frazer PA. As I look back I have loads of happy memories. We had an incredible time as both our kids grew up in the community (my son graduated this year from Great Valley High School). The support staff is amazing, very courteous, warm and helpful. A special big Thanks to the maintenance folks for addressing our needs promptly over the years. We miss the place !

We are very satisfied with our 2 bedroom apartment and the staff that maintain the property. Andrea who works in the Leasing Office is always accomadating to any of our needs when we have any problems. She gets the work order completed in a timely manner so the job gets done efficiently and fast. She is always pleasant to talk to. This past summer our A/C did not work on the hottest day of the summer. Will and Jason from the Maintenance Department trouble shot the problem and got the unit working. Twice a year the staff puts together a party at Christmas in the Clubhouse (which you can rent for your own private function) and in the summer at the beautiful Swimming Pool with music and food. When our hot water heater needed replacement, Kevin and Orlando from the Maintenance Department had a new unit installed the next day. The maintenance Department is helpful replacing our HVAC filters and keeping the grounds clean. The amenities are good also. My wife and I use the pool and gym on a regular basis. The grounds are professionally landscaped and always look great. Kevin and Orlando helped with the snow removal and keeping the sidewalks and streets safe are plowed and salted. I suggest anyone who is looking for an apartment or townhouse to rent to definitely come to Westgate Village Apartments first. Thank-you Staff. Tom & Donna Lengyel
