Noise Ordnance’s in the city of WS states that you can not make noise until 6am... It is 4:30 AM... If SAMET construction can get a $2,500 fine; you are surely not exempt... It is also a Holiday this morning.... I will call non emergency police in the future; every time you start before 6am. 2 calls and you get fined... Hear me now; believe me later!!!

Prices & Open ended fees kept going up. Took over 3 months to terminate service and they still have not picked up their container that is full and smelling terrible! The last email we received on December 18th said they would be to pick it up in a few days, It is now January 16th and it still has not been done. The last call we made about it we were told someone would let us know what Is going on within 24 hours, well still have not heard back. We have been with a local company now for 2 months and have already saved thousands from what we charged from Waste management! They were just down right taking advantage of us and we were a customer for 15 years.

Previous home owner had WM service but changed over to Davidson County for better service. I inherited that trash container and called 3 times to pick it up. After 4 weeks, called and clerk informed me I will be on "fast track" for pickup. Final result:I now have 2 containers. Final move :take the 2 containers and dump it on their parking lot. 30 plus min drive, but they apparently are totally incompetent, as my neighbors informed me.

i have been with your company for almost 30 yrs.i understand why you would not pick up curbside trash on monday because of the weather. so i called on tues. and was told it would be picked up that day..great. it was not picked up that day.called wed. and voicemail said is was picked up at 6:45 am that morning. well it was not. so i called twice and was told that the driver would be informed that it was not picked up.. well it is thursday and still not picked up..i did see a truck go up my road on wed. so i know they could have got it. called today and was told they are skipping a week because of the weather..so sick of the way this co. treats their customers...believe me this has happened before quite a few times...they did not used to be like this.. at one time you could call when they missed a pickup and immediately talk to a real person and they would send someone out right away.
