Drove from Richmond Va in hopes of shopping at the store. In the future they may want to update holiday hours. Was interested in looking at the berninas as well as some fabric options.

Third time I tried to visit third time they’re closed random hours just don’t work when you’re in business or at least supposed to be in business. The few times I have been in the store the clerks are not helpful. Disappointing

I don't know about any of the other employees at the WS location, but the lady who attempted to help me was rude and NOT helpful at all. Will take my business to the Boone store before I even consider the WS store again. Hopefully, the Boone store will be more than happy to help.

I love Berninas and October 2018, I decided to finally upgrade from my Bernina 1260. I purchased the Bernina 790 Plus at Sew Original. The staff was very, very friendly and very helpful/knowledgeable. I dealt with staff member, Cindy and she was absolutely wonderful! I love this machine!!! I love to shop at Sew Original
