Positive: It was close to people I had to see. Negative: Check in staff smelled heavy of cigarette smoke! The room carpet was dirty. And ROACHES! Had to leave luggage outside our home to fumigate! Check out-no one was there. No check out staff. Called and staff told me they couldn¿t give paper receipts.

Horrible experience. They had overbooked and we had to take a smoking room. Which really did not matter, the whole hotel smelled of cigarette smoke. They did not want to give you towels. Tubs were small, slippery and no grab bar of any type. Forget the breakfast. No coffee makers in room. Best reason to stay, if you were out in horrible storm, it would get you out of the storm.

Everything smelled like an ashtray. The mesh curtain was fine for sunlight but the security light from the parking lot kept me up all night because it lit up the room so much. Black mold on the shower head.. There are too many other nicer options right across the street to waste your money here.

Positive: I liked what they promoted to have for guests. Pool sounded positive. Hot tub sounded positive. The suggestion and pictures of a good breakfast "SOUNDED" like it would be good. Negative: 1. Rude staff. 2. Refused to provide me with a total and receipt for my room, when checked out. No emails with receipt, either. 3. Breakfast room looked good. Breakfast was less than mediocre. 4. Would never stay here again. 1 star, max.
