Literally only giving one star because I have to. To start off, check in begins at 4.. we arrived at almost 5PM and our room was not ready, they gave us the keys then after we had moved the vehicles they brought us keys to another room.. said that one wasn’t ready either but it would be ready sooner than the first. So we leave to attend the concert.. when we come back no sooner than we get in the room does the front desk call us.. harassing us saying, no partying. We had a few extra friends with us that were getting their belongings and leaving. They then proceeded to charge an additional $60 on the card.. at midnight mind you. Fast forward to breakfast.. two people from our party go down to get breakfast and the whole time they’re being watched by staff.. once again being harassed by staff making sure they didn’t take any food out of the dining area. After breakfast my friend notices the additional charge, ask about it, they say it’s a deposit. Before she signed the receipt they had to check our room before we left in order for her to get her deposit back. Like we seriously jus needed a place to stay for the night and this was closest and last minute. We will never stay here again. Literal -10.

We drove from Montana to West Virginia for a wedding and stayed here for 4 days and when I booked it they said there was a pool ( nothing about it being outdoor ) and when we got there the pool was greener than grass, our room was big and nice. But the sink fault sprayed you when you turned it on, the shower didn't work, and the mini fridge didn't work, which I didn't know so I put all our lunch meat and drinks in there and came back after 10 hrs and $60 in meat was ruined..the mattress was stained all over ..the staff were very friendly checking in and out but it needs some work

I work on the road checked in tired after work went to lay down started getting bit, tore off the sheets and there was a bed bug infestation on the mattress. Tried to get refunded and they told me there was nothing they could do. I don't recommend staying here they aren't willing to work with you and cleanliness is a major issue after inspection I noticed they didn't even change the sheets. This place is a nightmare avoid it.

Last minute drop in. Hotel was clean, Front desk clerk was very nice and accommodating/helpful with questions. Only complaint was that our door didn't sit fully flush in the doorway so why traffic seemed louder than usual and a little drafty. Lobby was pretty nice with a spacious breakfast area, but, for the price, this was a perfect place!
