Rooms are clean and staff is great, but the walls are ridiculously thin. If you want a good night's sleep, make sure the hotel is empty or bring ear plugs. You can clearly hear the people talking or watching TV on both sides of the room. Plus, if anyone is even walking in the room above you, you'll hear the thumps. You can even hear people talking in the room above you through the vent in the bathroom. I've never been at a hotel with so little noise barriers. Staff couldn't move us, but I'm not sure that would have mattered. We're here for several more nights and hopefully the place empties out to where we can actually have a quiet room. It's like surround sound, and these people aren't being loud or obnoxious, they're just talking normally. We hear everything. Not good.

Positive: After a call telling them I'd be arriving after midnight, the darling woman at the front desk knew exactly who I was, she had my key card all ready for me.Quick check in. Slept well, had a great breakfast. Negative: My only disappointment was that there was no ice machine on the first floor (but that darlinv front desk lady filled my bucket). Also a note about the pool being closed was a sad sight to see... No workout for me¯\(°¬°)/¯

The customer service was great. The hotel was decently cleaned. The pool was a let down. My hotel stays are family oriented and the kids love to swim. The water didn’t seem to have the right balance. It tasted salty. There weren’t enough pool towels. If it would have just been me, I would maybe have given it a higher rating.
