We did a Road Trip from SD to VA. We miscalculated the time change, and advised them of an ETA an hour earlier. They were VERY accommodating on a late arrival. Customer Service was EXCELLENT! Host was even concerned about where we parked, in case of an accident. Room and Bathroom were VERY CLEAN. It had a fridge and a microwave, as requested. Thank you! We were also greeted by a beautiful Giant Imperial Moth! And it was also VERY close to Ohio, so if y'all wanna say y'all have been to Ohio, even for a little bit, this is a GREAT location for it!

it was a nice place! The beds were comfortable, it had a nice TV and nice bathroom area. The next morning we were greeted by the kind employee's, and we were offered with warm coffee. Overall enjoyed our stay!

There was multiple coachroachs in the floor and the door looked like it had been left with dogs the deadbolt would not lock. As well as black mold on the ceiling of the sink area. There was holes in the bathroom wall and the tub looked like it had not been clean in a long time.The beds had burn holes and the room that was marked non smoking smell like someone had smoked in it before we came.The floor was not clean either there was a twisted tea cap in the floor in between the beds.

the bed was stained and appeared to be mouse droppings in the floor a huge hole in bathroom wall attempted to be patched poorly as there is still a huge hole in wall. The room smelt badly the mirror had tooth paste and dirty spots all over.. the floors were sticky. I booked on Expedia way in advanced for the weekend it was pay later and hotel took it upon them selves to go ahead charge and cancel and state over and over when I said but it's pay later the response was but your card declined I was due to arrive at this location in one hour and expect d to pay then was shocked when they were trying to charge me before arriving... And well I have certain charges blocked for occasions just like this when u shouldn't be charging me yet when it's pay later lol. It was. A blessing is disguise cause of the lack of good management we had to pay for a room else where and paid $40 more in total for weekend and a major upgrade with new place. The lady working counter I liked though, she is extremely pleasant to deal with but her manager needs a new job.. owner of this place you can tell just could care less about this business..
