If ONE piece of trash rises above the rim of the can, they will charge you $150. It's a scam for more $. We will not be continuing with this company once our 2 year commitment is completed in a few months.

There service is very poor. They do not pickup when they are schedule to. Their drivers are often very lazy. If trash falls off while during pickups they do not pick up. Often they miss pickups and the next pickup day they would charge overage and suggest scheduling more pickups days and charge more. If there is a zero rating, I would give it.

I recently contacted WM to commend the garbage and recycling drivers. I live on a cul-de-sac and WM drivers are very careful not to drive into my yard and ruin my grass when they turn around. Wish I could say the same for UPS, Amazon, etc. And I can't remember a time when they missed a scheduled pick-up. Kudos to WM Winston-Salem and many thanks! Posted 7.12.2020

Have had nothing but trouble since we requested service. Stopped picking up our trash, THEN sent a bill of $192 one month after starting it. I was upset, so wasn't going to pay anything, then they sent a bill of $46. A week later we received a bill of $52, still not picking up our trash. I've had to take it to the dump 3 times, so I don't think I should have to pay for them not getting it after I've already paid to take it to the dump. The bad thing is, they're the only residential trash service in my area. Guess I'll suck it up and pay double to have my trash removed. If you can get someone else, you should.
