Casa Victoria apartments are by far, one of the best apartment communities I’ve lived in Bakersfield. The manager and his maintenance staff are all attentive and very hard working. Apartment grounds are always clean.

The prices for the Apt's are lower than anything else out there. I had my rent raised in Aug. I was mad at first, but when I looked around. I was still paying lower for my studio than I could elsewhere. Gabe the current manager has been here the whole 2 an halve years I've lived here and has been very very fair to me. When I've had issues he's been able to get on them and fix them in a timely manner. Sure he can't always get on our problems the second we tell him, but he does get on them right away. Yes I too have been told he's not responsible for certain things. Yet he's right about the things he says he's not responsible for. I'd recommend this place. This neighborhood was way worse with gang issues about ten years ago, but I don't hear KSO Helicopter every night like it was in the first part of the century. Heck hardly ever anymore. As for the pool. It was open all last summer. Yes there were days it wasn't. Hell the world isn't perfect. Neither is Casa Victoria Apt's.

The interiors are really nice but the management ruins it. If you take an issue to the landlord, expect to hear"that's not my responsibility" , "what am I supposed to do about it?" If he doesn't "forget" about an issue or claims" he wasn't told about it" repairs can take up to 6 months to have a repair taken care of. Overall interiors are really nice, management is disrespectful and unprofessional, neighborhood isn't too bad and the price is a little overcost, there is a pool but its been closed a year maybe year and a half now, you can't really charge $765 for a two bedroom with an unavailable pool.
