I have lived here for almost a year and it is my home. The people around you are so nice and just good people, the manager is so sweet she will handle anything you need. I highly recommend this gated community. Great pool and hot tube.

After calling vantage point apartment home for thle last 10 years, I am leaving the area but I found it important to give insight as a resident that has witnessed the community transform thorough the years. I will genuinely miss my apartment. I was lucky to have a very quiet neighbor upstairs. I enjoyed the privacy the sound proof walls provided, never really heard my next door neighbors. Management has been very fair and honest. I could see the maintenance team going around the property every morning picking up any trash left on the ground. My maintenance requests were answered within 24 to 48 hours. Management organizes a few events every year for families and kids and it was nice to receive candy from the office for Halloween and a nice box of chocolates for Christmas every year. Communication from the management was very effective, I frequently found announcement flyers addressing security concerns or community announcements. It is an overall very nice and well maintained community. As consumers, we are often time quick to complain but slow to compliment where the credit is due.
