It’s average. No dishwasher or laundry hookups. It has two laundry facilities, usually well kept, often gets vandalized (clean but broken). The laundry room uses quarters. The complex is gated. Weekly lawn maintenance. Sewer and trash are taken care of. Nice cold AC. Most of the office staff are pleasant and efficient. Most. The handymen are hard working and get what you need fixed right and in a timely manner. Rent is paid using the stone age method of money orders instead of online. I would at least like the option of online payment in 2022. We were told only spectrum (cable/Wi-Fi) is allowed. Gas and electricity is PG&E. The place has something of a park but it’s split into sections all over the place. It has a basketball court, jungle gym,(swings are no longer existent, only the frame is up). It has an after school program clubhouse that does have a little park, but it’s only for kids who join the club. Neighbors are quiet and mind their own business. All the craziness and sirens blaring happen outside the gates. Close to convenient markets by foot, close to bigger chain markets by car. Elementary school is a few blocks away. Middle school and high school is a short drive away.

Unprofessional. They ignored me completely for fixing my air conditioning. And I told them like 2 weeks in advance!! Before the heat starts. Ridiculous!!!

What a lousy experience in this place. I neither live nor have I lived there, but my mother, brother and I applied for more than a year and since then they have called us about 3 times, including one they gave us last week, to let us know that there is an apartment available. This past Wednesday they called my mom and I gave a deposit of $ 100 to set it aside. Thursday passed, they didn't call so my mom dialed them and told her that she could come the next day to start paperwork. Apart from waiting for half an hour in the parking lot (her lunch break ended at 1:30. We arrived at 1:50, the secretary and manager arrived almost at 2:30), when entering the office apparently, she did not They even knew who we were, why we were there and that we had to make an appointment to start our paperwork. Is seriously?! The day before we were told to arrive, and not for a moment were we told that we had to make an appointment. Also, the door says that an appointment is needed only when it is on Saturdays. When my mom asked when she could do it, very arrogant, the manager asked (I think) what we needed and what we were there for (again), and she proceeded to "help" us. My mother and I did not bring everything they needed, and in itself they never at any time told us what they were going to need from us. In other words, for how these women are serious and professional, their attitude gave much to be desired. Total that my mom and I decided to get out of there. Oh, and so strict that they are believed, and to enter the place we did it easily because the entrance gate did not work (we have seen it that way for days because it passed by there often) and as we passed we saw a man taking things out of the boat of trash, making a mess. Ha, thank goodness.
