Dr. Zidan saw me here, and as always, he's very compassionate, very understanding, and he did what he could possibly do to help my recent health issue(s). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Zidan! I've been seeing him for other issues for a few years now and he gave me my life back (spine issues)!

Lady at the front office is very arrogant when I called to please follow up on my son medication as the pharmacy telling me they don’t have any prescription and the lady who I spoke with just told me they are short staff and pretty much told me I’m on my own and when I ask her name, she hung up on me. When I called back I spoke with a Norma and said was going to find out who she was but I’m sure this will not be taken care of. Sad to say that we been going to this doctor over years and it’s sad to say they have lost patients due to the staff being rude and incompetent and no customer service skill.
