DO NOT GO HERE! This place is a joke. From scheduling to trying to get the prescription sent to the right pharmacy. Absolutely terrible. I was called the morning of my appointment that the doctor wasn’t in and I have to reschedule. When I signed on for my rescheduled virtual appointment, the doctor was literally an HOUR late and answered the phone about an issue regarding her kid not once but twice. So unprofessional. I saw Dr. Stephanie Omatayo - she was unkept, her hair wasn’t, in my opinion, presentable. Her office was mostly bare expect a few scattered things on the shelf. Just didn’t seem like a credible place. I AM STILL waiting for my prescriptions as they have been sent to the wrong pharmacy 3x now.

The Manager Janette is very sweet and understanding. The front desk is helpful. I was in PHP across the hall from Aug-Sep. Then when I got out I wanted to continue seeing Dr. FARAZ NAEEM because he was my physiatrist in PHP and is amazing! I didn’t get a chance to report Michelle McDonald - CMA because the manager was on maternity leave. She was horrible, argued back with a patient with mental illness? Antagonizing. All of the above. Dr. FARAZ NAEEM left like a month ago and I was so sad. His replacement Stephanie Omatayo sent a prescription in for me, the pharmacy on 14th street advised she was not licensed and then I get accused of withholding information when I sent an email saying please keep this on record? My appointment 09/29. Stephanie Omatayo hung up in my face virtual face time at the end of the appointment. No bye or anything and I called the number back, no answer. What?! This is not a good patient experience. Especially treating patients with mental health issues. If you don’t care about a human being and it’s just about the money or whatever. Get a new one! People go to this office for help and should be treated with care.

Highly recommended. They are so nice and patient. Starting from the front office to the the doctors. I recently needed some paperwork for school. Gaby helped me on obtaining everything as fast as posible. Also the doctors are very understanding of one’s needs and help get in the right steps to get the proper help.
