BUYER BEWARE! The finance guy Steve is the reason for this warning. Long story short, he BLATANTLY lied to me & my husband about the interest rate I qualified for with my credit score. He lied about the warranty that comes with a 2022 ATV and he lied about the extended warranty options that were available. In a nutshell, he tried to upsell us on everything, lied to us & when I called him out on his dishonesty, he had the audacity to get combative with me. Thankfully Kevin the Sales Manager stepped in and saved the deal. He explained everything in detail & he was honest (provided documentation to show the interest rate I qualified for which was lower than what Steve told us). We drove 2 and half hours to get this ATV so we were VERY serious about purchasing and all we wanted was to be treated fairly & given the best deal with the financing options. Very simple. So THANK YOU KEVIN for helping us & being honest. Also a BIG THANK YOU TO ALEX, the sales guy. He was great over the phone & in person. Besides Steve, the experience was amazing. Great customer service & great people. I'm giving 5 stars because one bad apple doesn't spoil for the bunch to me. We got a great deal & my husband loves his new ATV.
