My concern is about the health card test I suffer from a condition I don't see on how a person can't retake a health card test if they failed the first time and they can't retake at home there should be alot of accommodations more especially with a society that come from some that are disabled people are cheating even now with others who take it at home that if everyone can cheat on there drivers writin test they can I can't even drive for that matter most of all I think the health card test is a scam
