I purchased a mattress in Jan 2022 & by February craters were starting to form. The claim filing process was very difficult. The staff were not abreast of the procedures, which made it more difficult. Finally got approved for a replacement but because my particular mattress is no longer available I'm relegated to select a more expensive & lower quality mattress. They also want me to pay the taxes & delivery fees again. Their level of customer service is extremely low. I AM NOT SATISFIED NOR WILL I SHOP THERE AGAIN

There's a nice selection here. Seems very well priced. A very big store. Lots of clearance items in the back. Not very many staff members. Just one person after walking the entire store and sitting on quite a few furnishings, did one person speak to me as I was about to leave.

They have a lot of furniture. A little pricey for my taste. They have some on clearance. Although I feel they are not the best quality.

Very very slow to get my furniture to me.I ordered a bed 3 weeks ago and it won't be in til January.Very sliw and sluggish non caring staff.I still haven't got anything I paid for 3 weeks ago and they blame covid.Yeah right...

Do not buy from Bigs!!! Their furniture is terrible qualify and they dont stand by their products. Their customer service is the worst! Try to use the warranty on any of their furniture and they will NEVER return your calls!
