I was in so much pain that I would have paid the $15,000.00 to get relief. I agree that the shots and shocks didn't give me the relief I hoped for. However, the clinic has introduced a new treatment that allowed me to forget the old treament and jump for joy and good praise for the PENS treatment. I thank you Dr. Ortega for your efforts to continue to finds new treatments for your patients. There is no one size fits all, but this one worked for me. Thanks.

I paid thousands off dollars out of pocket for the program with only very marginal positive results. I missed one appointment due to being unwell and two appointments while I was gone to take care of family business in Texas. I was told they would let me make up missed appointment. Later I responsibly quarantined myself and let them know I would be absent for a while due to civid exposure. I personally did not test positive nor have symptoms. After two weeks I have tried to reschedule my missed appointments to no avail. I was once contacted by phone call, which I missed because I was taking a nap, I was contacted by “Elizabeth “ who stated she was program director and wanted to discuss my appointments to be reinstated. She left a phone number which I have call over ten times over various days and hours for the last week and a half. She NEVER answers the phone number which she sent me and there is no voice mail set up to leave a message. The call ends after 4 rings with the message of no voice mail set up. She has directed me to a futile exercise which is unethical and unprofessional. I have been unable to reschedule the therapy sessions for which I have personally paid thousands of dollars. I have been unable to get a response nor a resolution to get the very therapy for which I have personally paid thousands of dollars. This is despicable, unethical and grievously unprofessional treatment.

Nice place but a little concerned regarding prices and billing. Had to leave a deposit to start. My wife had one treatment and then we had to stop. Now we have been unable to get any answers or refunds on the deposit. Have been dodged, promises of a return calls and nothing. Be careful when you sign up and put money down. If anyone would resolve I may change my rating.

The technicians were great but the office staff is the most disorganized group of people I’ve ever dealt with. After spending $ 8,000 for a stem cell shot and some electro stimulation, I was sent home without one follow up call from anyone in the office.

Hello Julie, Thanks for the question! Our clinic can help patients who suffer from chemo-induced neuropathy (nerve damage) but we don’t treat cancer itself.
Not in our case but I would definitely call and find out the program does make a difference to those with neuropathy and other conditions
