This is a terrible business. They gave me a pick up window between 8:00 and 11:00. It' is 11:23 and they still haven't arrived. I called them and was told that they would arrive in "a couple of minutes" but basically did nothing to fix the situation. I will never use this service again. They are expensive and are not professional.

The clothes come back OK though they are LAZY about folding. But the real problem Is their lack of professionalism. I had a pick up scheduled and the driver came to my door. He should have checked in with my doorman as I left the laundry there when I went out. Next thing I know I have a missed pick up email and text as well as a seven dollar “missed pick up” fee. I call the customer service number and get a woman. You can hear kids running wild in the background screaming and crying. I explain the issue to her letting her know that the driver should not have come up to my apartment door he should have checked in with the doorman…..as instructed on my profile…and picked up my laundry. She said she was going to call the driver and have him double back to get my laundry and she would call me back in 10 minutes. Needless to say I did not receive a call back nor did I receive a laundry pick up. When I tried to call her back the “customer service department” was closed. I have read from multiple reviews that if you ever have an issue no one calls you back and that they just ignore your issue and very rarely correct the problem. I will be canceling my subscription with WashClub. There are too many good laundries out there that give reliable service and follow instructions.

I was considering using this service over a handful of others, but after seeing the reviews, I'm scared to. Sucks considering how much lower their prices were.

I just happened to be there to get great food from another place... but the reviews speak volumes... YIKES 😬
