Earl and Patrick were great. Made buying a vehicle out of state super easy, quick, and very straight forward. Drove the vehicle home with 0 issues and they offer a free standard warranty on majority of there Pre owned vehicles. Gabe was also great, very informative and non pushy. Thanks guys!

I was promptly and happily greeted. The new sign in and rental car agreement and process was communicated in a concise and informed way. Quick and efficient. Everyone I worked with was very pleasant, especially Jim. I will never go anywhere else for my Lexus needs.

Giving Lexus of Seattle 3 stars for now but will update when I pick up my new car. My experience was just ok I felt pressured into buying the UX when I kept saying it was to small and wanted the NX but they kept saying they don’t have any and to just buy the UX. Also when asking questions about the UX and NX my sales rep kept getting the details and specs wrong and seemed unsure so I had to go on Lexus.com to find information but he was extremely nice and apologetic. 2 days after buying the UX I called and said this won’t do and I don’t like it. Luckily my sales rep did some homework and located an NX that was in transit from the factory to another dealership and they were able to acquire it for me. I wish he would have put this effort in from the start because I’m out $2-3k on the UX now. Also the Internet went out and it took 5 hours to process my transaction, I get it though things happen. I will say service was nice and accommodating and the finance gal that did my paperwork was amazing! My NX will be here on February 14th and I hope to update this review with a better experience with that purchase

I feel obligated to give my best and excellent review of this dealership because we are so happy with our car purchase experience. Our salesman, Wayne, is the best car salesman we have ever met in Seattle area. He is very polite knowledgeable and honest in the car pricing and gave us a very good trade in value. Everything was upfront and realistic. We highly recommend him to anyone who needs to buy a Lexus. Also, I was impressed by the whole team there who displayed a strong team work ethics. The delivery gentleman is excellent too. The transaction is highly efficient and smooth. Thank you all.

This is a good question. The answer all depends on which state the car is purchased in. In some states the buyer will need to take care of the registration outside the purchase of the vehicle, while in other states the dealership pays the registration on the buyer’s behalf as it is factored in as total cost of the vehicle. In the latter instance, the dealer registers the new car at the point of sale and forwards the information onto the DMV. In this scenario, it typically it takes about three weeks for the buyer to receive their registration in the mail.
When looking for a used or certified pre-owned vehicle, you may be wondering what the used car mileage range is that you should be using to narrow down your search. The best mileage for used cars really depends on your needs. Average used car mileage ranges from 8,000 to 15,000 miles per year the car has been driven. Keep in mind that some used car mileage can be much higher, or much lower depending on the previous owner. Consider the car's service and maintenance history, coupled with its mileage to make the best decision on a used or certified pre-owned car for you and your family.
Traditionally, used and certified pre owned cars aren't leased like new cars but depending on the manufacturer, you may be able to availability depending on the current programs. Usually used cars are bought outright or financed but used car leases may provide you with a short term alternative compared to long-term ownership if your vehicle leasing needs may change.

Conventional hybrids (HEV) are primarily gas-powered cars that use electric motors to help out the internal combustion engine. Plug-in hybrids (PHEV) have a battery-powered electric motor that can function independently with enough range for a daily commute. The also have a conventional gas engine to extend the vehicle’s range. Battery electric vehicles (BEV) are powered solely by a battery and electric motor. Fuel cell electric vehicles (FCEV) use compressed hydrogen gas for fuel. When hydrogen is combined with air in the vehicle’s fuel cell, electricity is created and used to power the car’s electric motor.
Your vehicle may be spending a lot more time in the driveway these days, delaying a mileage milestone that illuminates a service reminder light. While maintenance recommendations are often based on mileage or time, it’s important to consider that right now the suggested schedules could look a little different. Idle vehicles can suffer from dead batteries, stale gas and flat tires, which can lead to bigger, more costly issues down the road. Staying on top your maintenance routines will keep your vehicle in tip-top shape for when you’re ready to hit the open road.
A used car is one that has had at least one previous owner and can be any age. A used car will usually only offer the remainder of the manufacturer's warranty, if it still applies. A certified pre-owned car or CPO is usually not more than 5-7 years old and is backed by the manufacturer. These vehicles are put through rigorous, multi-point inspections by trained technicians, and come with an extended warranty. The complete inspection of a CPO results in the replacement or repair of any damaged or worn parts before the car is certified and offered up for sale.
Leasing allows you to get more car for your money by allowing you to drive a more expensive car with lower payments - when compared to owning a car of the same price. Leases are structured in 2 to 3 year increments which means you will always be covered by a warranty and can get a new vehicle at the end of your leasing term. Buying offers freedom in other arenas with no restrictions on the miles driven or customization options. Once a financed vehicle is paid off, you will not have to make any more payments and you may keep the vehicle as long as you want. Warranties do expire, but you always have the option to purchase an extended warranty.
